Terms of Use.
Welcome to FLASHFRAME. By using flashframe.app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
FLASHFRAME is a browser-based photobooth. It lets you capture frames, apply film filters, build photo strips, stories and GIFs, and export them to your device. There are no accounts, no uploads and no signup.
Your content
You own every photo, strip and GIF you create with FLASHFRAME. Because we never receive or store your content, we have no rights over it. You are responsible for what you capture, save and share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FLASHFRAME to:
- Capture or share content of others without their consent.
- Create content that is illegal, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The FLASHFRAME name, logo, design, filters and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the service for personal and commercial photo creation, but you may not copy, resell or rebrand the product itself.
Ads and third parties
FLASHFRAME is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for it. Clicking an ad takes you to an external site governed by its own terms.
"As is" — no warranty
FLASHFRAME is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect rendering across every device, or that any specific feature will keep working forever.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLASHFRAME and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost photos that weren't saved before closing the tab.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
